Q: Need a RAM upgrade

Hey guys, im kinda new to the whole mac world and so far im loving it. I need to upgrade my ram in my macbook pro. Right now im running 2 x 2gb ram at 1333MHz. What would be considered a true upgrade for me? If you need more info just ask, im not really technically inclined.. I need the upgrade because i use Final Cut Pro on a daily basis and it seems to max out my ram, please any advice would be appreciated.

go with 16GB if your Macbook is from 2011 and up.

 

check out crucial and owc to determine the maximum ram you can install in your macbook.
