Can some one please help me out with my daughters device please?!?! It says that the ipod is disabled and that i need to connect it to itunes so i did to see if i could restore it to factory settings and it said that this ipod was not compatible for this build whatever that means and then it sends it back to the disabled screen it was on before so i go on line and see a video and it says to shut off the ipod and hold down the home button at the same time i plug in the usb cable and the screen that appears is the usb sign and itunes symbol and it tries to gather the ipods info but then it says can not restore settings because of the pass code. I am so fustrated all ready and would sure love some help here with this issue & advise would be greatly appreciated thank you cori moreno
