I also researched a bit about Mountain Lion and surprisingly it demands lesser RAM as compared to Lion, so now I'll be on an advantage at the time of release of Mountain Lion. Again thanks a lot.

The Minimum Specified RAM for Lion and Mountain Lion is 2 GB..
