Q: My magic mouse has stopped scrolling all directions. I've checked software updates and all are current.

My magic mouse has stopped scrolling all directions. I have checked updates and all is good. I have removed the batteries and replaced. I have turned it off and re-paired with my Mac. I have restarted my computer and the mouse. I'm just not sure what else to try.

Take a look in System Preferences > Universal Access > Mouse & Trackpad tab > Mouse options.. button > check Scrolling.

Did this twice after your suggestion...to no avail...maybe I'll just return it. I've only had it about a month.
