Q: My iPod Shuffle ( 4th generation) only plays half of the song and stops automatically.

My ipod shuffle ( 4th Generation ) only plays half of the song and stops automatically. What can i do now?

    This is only for ONE song, or is this a general problem?

     

    On that song where this happens on shuffle, does the entire song play in iTunes, on the computer?

    This happens to every single song in Ipod shuffle. it wasn't like this yesterday.

    Those songs in Itunes plays full song unlike ipod shufle which doesn't : (

    Be sure you have done this to Reset the shuffle, since you noticed this problem.

    If that does not help, you may want to do a Restore on the shuffle, which is done by select the shuffle in the iTunes sidebar, under DEVICES, and going to the Summary tab.  This will erase the shuffle, reinstall its software, and set it to default settings.  Maybe the shuffle had some type of data corruption in its storage.  Erasing it (with a Restore) should resolve that type of problem, and give it a fresh start.
