You can do mail merge with the address Book in Pages. There are threads about it in this forum and you can read up on it in the Pages User Guide, downloadable from your Pages Help menu, page 248

I have spent most of the morning in a frustrating search of a way to print labels for my contacts. I have a couple of problems. I want to send every label to a different person at the same address. I have hundreds to do and most of them do not have a mailing address so I tried to do a bulk change of the address ... without manually changing every contact there is no way to do this. I've tried to create a template with a table (10x2) and added merge fields to each of the cells but when I do a mail merge all I get are hundreds of pages with a page dedicated to each contact whereas I want to merge on a cell by cell level, i.e. 20 different contacts on the same page.
How do I do this? I can't find label style that is appropriate and I'm not sure how to create one with 10 by 2 labels per page.

Patricia, Pages isn't good for creating labels. It is better for printing the envelopes. Use Address Book instead. You do it in the Print dialog. Read the Help in Addres Book. I can't give the instructions as the swedish address Book didn't get the help files. If you have problems ask in the MacOs forum

I tried printing from Address Book but I could find no way of inserting text for the empty address fields. It seemed to select whatever address fields were available. But as I think I said I wanted to use the same address for every label, just change the name.

If you use the same address on every label you just copy the address on each label and don't use merging.
As I said creating address labels doesn't work well in Pages due to the way the merging is constructed in Pages.

I couldn't see any way to chose the fields to be printed. Once I chose labels it prepopulated the labels with the fields that it thought I wanted. How do I do what you suggest?

@fruhuldaI think I misunderstood your previous reply. I need to use mail merge because I want to merge the Name of the person from the Address Book although each label should have the same address (Members of Parliament)

Then you have to use the Address Book only for the labels. How it is done you have to read in the AB help. I gather you have to prepare the addresses and put them in a smart folder or group. Better ask in the MacOs X forum about theAddress book. It isn't a Pages question. Pages isn't good for different labels on the same sheet.

I will transfer my question there although I think that it is mission impossible unless I am prepared to change every contact one at a time.
