I purchased a book using iTunes on my MacBook Air.  Low and behold, I am unable to read it except on an iOS device, which I do not have.  So now I have a $10.00 file taking up space on my hard drive that I cannot use.  Now warning, no nothing when I purhcased it.

 

I deserve a refund.

 

How does one go about this? Surely this has happened to someone else.
