Jul 17, 2012 4:24 AM in response to Jazzy Jaseby Mike Hay1,Same here in UK - but iCloud status page says all systems are on line. Well iTunes Match may be "on-line" but it's not working.
Why does Apple have to be like this? Just communicate with your paying customers, please :-(

Jul 17, 2012 5:10 AM in response to Mike Hay1by Wallace Wong,Based on my experience in Hong Kong, Apple is helpless and they will not give you any explanation. All you can do is just wait, maybe 1 to 3 days. Good luck!

Jul 17, 2012 6:34 AM in response to Pinkpanther1971by roebeet,It was very slow last night on my Win7 box in the US, and I was getting 4002 errors. Had to switch to another system and it worked after about 45 minutes (one song updated / matched). Trying again this morning and it's very slow again -- 10 minutes so far "Sending Information to Apple".
Time to call 'em!

Jul 17, 2012 7:16 AM in response to Stephen Banksby Lucozade97,*ATTENTION* I have found a fix for the problem!
Credit Taken at mainstone@me.com
Step One click top right to view your account
Step 2 : De-authorize your computer from icloud
Step 3 : re-activate iTunes Match
Step 4 top right sign back in to your itunes account
Step 5: Get itunes match syncing your music again
Step 6 : Click okay if it asks would it like to stop syncing another computer and sync this one (Must be a glitch)
ALL 'SHOULD' WORK Perfectly
Hope this works

I also turn off Genius and turn on, as it's needed for iTM. This should be standard procedure whenever things get "stuck" and I went from sitting at "Sending to Apple" to matching within 60 seconds, at least this morning.

Jul 17, 2012 7:38 AM in response to roebeetby Lucozade97,I'm glad that works for other people aswell. I had to try many options before consedering to do this. I hope Apple improves ITM in IOS Moutain Lion.

Jul 19, 2012 8:20 AM in response to Lucozade97by phatty82,I was very concerned about allowing iTM to stop Syncing with one library, choosing instead to sync with the new library.
I have 15k songs in Match (via my personal Mac) and don't want to override them with my work PC.
is everyone SURE that 'Syncing this computer's library' won't override my current Match account?
Thanks!

Jul 19, 2012 11:02 AM in response to Stephen Banksby Blocker1,iTunes Match is down in NZ as well, everything looks fine but it's just skipping songs. I'm wondering if it's anything to do with the rollout to new countries happening today. I've tried the fix in this thread but it didn't work for me. Have to rely on Spotify until Apple fixes this.

Jul 19, 2012 11:05 AM in response to phatty82by Evildude,But I will stil be very careful if I were you. Are you trying to sync your pc's library using the same apple ID the mac has? if so you may have a problem..

Jul 19, 2012 11:11 AM in response to Evildudeby Blocker1,Home sharing isn't working either for me which is totally weird...

Jul 20, 2012 4:26 AM in response to phatty82by Wallace Wong,After you sync your library in your work PC, the songs in your work PC will be added to iCloud and will not override the songs previously synced with your personal MAC. I have already synced libraries in 3 computers and it works fine. However, you should have noted from the others' comments that the iTunes Match would be down from time to time. Please be patient.

Jul 20, 2012 4:34 AM in response to Wallace Wongby anattanm,Please be patient.
If this was a free service, then perhaps we would all have a little more patience.
When you have paid money for the privilege of being locked out from your entire music collection, patience wears thin pretty quickly. Made worse by the fact that Apple seem unwiling to even acknowledge that users are experiencing problems.

Jul 20, 2012 6:50 AM in response to Wallace Wongby phatty82,i had this working - home mac, work pc, all digital kombayah.
now itunes on the work pc, even after remove and re-install, requests sign out of itunes store.
i sign back in, turn on match and itunes either crashes, hangs on the first step of match, or gives this error message:
iTunes Match is matching a library from another computer.
Only one library can be matched at a time. If you continue, the other iTunes Match session will be stopped, and this computer's library will be matched instead.
That's horrifying. I don't need to upload any music from this computer, I just want access to everything already in Match.
and why should i be patient? my music collection isn't accessible today the way it was yesterday!?!
