Why my iPad cannot connect to the iTunes store
I've an iPad 2 and I have the same problem.
But I found something.
There's a error in the servers of apple.
Therefore you can't buy anything.
Just Logout from your iTunes id and login again. It'll definitely solve the problem. link to the location is Settings -> Store
I tried that - it didn't help
follow these steps:
1. go to settings
3. date and time
4. change to any arbritary date in the future
5. try updating from itunes store
5. recive error as to wrong date
6. repeat steps 1 to 3
7. change the date back to the current date
8. return to itunes update
it should work
It works fine on my laptop but not on my ipad.
Thank you Sahil. The steps to change the date corrected my problem in trying to connect to the apple store. How bizarre. Who would have thought that this would fix the problem. Thanks sooooo much....
