I have tried so many times to download previously purchased music. I have been looking at my account, and it is all there, but unable to download. I have reported every song as a problem, but after the 6th or 7th song I am automatically directed to the apple support pages, and that fastlane support online is down... The important queastion, however, is that I do not have "music" as an option - only "apps" and "books". Why???


On my iPhone 4 it is also not possible, as "purchased" is not an option in the menu. Why???


This is driving me mad, and I am very disapointed as I have a brand new expencive Mac (my first) and my iPhone was updated yesterday so everything is up to date.


Anybody else with the same experience?
