ApplicationsHi,
You are posting in the iChat Support Community.
You list only iOS stuff (NO Mac).
The info is so brief as to be meaningless in this context.
One of the links in "More like this" is in the iPhone section
I have not seen this error in iChat although iChat 6 does tend to use 4 digit codes compared to 1 and 2 digit codes in Earlier versions

ApplicationsHi,
In iChat since OS X 10.4.7 (iChat 3) Error code numbers were either single digits or in the low twentys.
In iChat 6 they seem to be in the 1000's and do not always seem to have a direct relationship with an earlier number. (I would say that Error 1008 does seem to relate to the previous Error 8 though)
See table http://www.ralphjohns.co.uk/page16a.html#_table
You may be able to correlate these with the Message you see with Error 1015
What was Error 22 is now not likely to apply with most Internet services today.
In early versions when the Internet was generally slower then ichat would protest if the Internet was below 128kbps upload (Upload tends to be lower then download speeds)

Jul 23, 2012 4:23 AM in response to antoniofromcaby wjosten,That is also an error code when trying to update or restore an iPhone. It means your phone is or was jailbroken, such has been detected & the restore or update has failed, as a result. Apple warns that if you jailbreak, you may never be able to install a stock iOS back on your device. If that's your situation, there is no support, on these forums, for your situation.
Sorry, you'll have to go elsewhere.
