Jul 23, 2012 9:59 AM in response to Uwe-Frankby Winston Churchill,The only thing I can think of to try is a restore if you have the device backed up. I'm not entirely sure that iWork documents are part of a back up.
Whilst it won't help you recover documents that have already become corrupt, can I suggest you get into the habit of backing up your documents in the cloud regularly.

Jul 23, 2012 10:19 AM in response to Winston Churchillby Uwe-Frank,Backing up the files to the cloud sounds fine. This is what I am doing every night.
Question is how can I retrieve files that have been backed up 2 days ago?

The fact is there might be another way to recover your lost iPad files via iTunes on your Mac machine. This iPad Data Recovery is able to extract & restore iTunes backup files for your lost iPad data. Not too many Mac users know that each time you sync data between your iDevice (iPhone, iPod, iPad) and iTunes, all previous records will be backed up by iTunes automatically and saved as (.sqlitedb) files. Hope this helps take your stress out. Best regards.I may receive some form of compensation, financial or otherwise, from my recommendation or link
