Q: Shortcuts for a switcher from Windows 7

I'm still waiting my first mac, MBP retina. I'm a long time Windows user.

Now, I'm collecting some information for smooth transition.

I have a couple of questions for keyboard shortcuts that were introduced in Windows 7.

1. In Windows 7, I can launch programs docked in the task bar by "Win + [1 ~ 9]".

For example, if the web browser is the first docked one, I can launch by "Win + 1".

Is there any shortcut to launch docked programs in Mac OS X, directly from keyboard?

If no, is there any 3rd-party program that supports that?

2. Windows 7 has "Win + left/right/down/up arrow" keyboard, which is also very useful.

"Win + Left arrow" makes a program to be resized to fill the half of the screen.

This is now supported by Unity 3D in Ubuntu.

Is there any equivalent keyboard support in Mac?

If not, any 3rd party program?

Thanks in advance.
