Is there some reason you want to keep creating AppleIDs?
One is all you will need.
Just use your orignal AppleID.

I think I'm done with this computer. I changed over from PCs to Macs and I am having the same problems with entering this credit card business-- I DON'T WANT APPLE TO HAVE MY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION!!! This is EXTREMELY frustrating. Along with a few other stupid things that really bug me and I think I will be going back to PCs. I wish I could help everyone in this thread but it would be changing a company's business practices and fat chance of that happening.

+1 here. Very good question...
Why is so hard to get your user to work without a credit card????

Thanks for the video, MasterPwn.
Unfortunately it never shows me the 'None' option in the credit card list. I'm always forced to enter a credit card number.
Maybe it has something to do with the country you are in. I'm in the USA. Where are you?

I had the same problem, but I solved it this way :
-> System preferences -> iCloud -> Manage ( in the right bottom corner ) -> View account -> enter your Apple ID with password -> Apple ID Summary will appear and there you can edit your Payment information I added there all my personal information and chose 'None' and now I am downloading something with free license from App Store without any credit card.
Hope this will works for you.

Nice! This allowed the selection of 'None' as a Credit Card type, done on the iDevice itself.

Thank you very much koleS320!! This worked for us on our iMac.
Such a simple solution! Amazing that it took this long for someone to work out.
Thank you to everyone else who contributed to the cause.
Shame on you apple for making this a issue in the first place!
