yes, you can still use the trial installer, if you have kept a copy, and install Aperture on your new mac.

You see the serial number in the "About" panel on your curent MacBook. In Aperture's main menu bar select: Aperture > About Aperture.

You should have received the licence key by email, if you unlocked the Trial. Search your mail box, if you still have a copy of the email. I would archive it, in case you ever need a proof of purchase.

Hi I have a problem with Aperture. I have bought the program and installed it on my stationairy 27 mac. No problem. but now I have bought Macbook pro retina and want to install Aperture her as well. I go to Mac store and there is the icon who says install. So I get the program and press the icon. The program cannot start.

Any ideas?

You may have incompatible software installed. Please start a new thread and post a crash report (or if there is none) the exact error message.
