Saw in another thread that people has problem downloading. Download stalls at 53.25MB and some have problem burning mountain lion to DVD. sigh what is happening.
Is it because Apple tried to push forward the mountain lion release date forward to make up their disappointed Earnings yesterday that causes all these problem??

I bet that's what they want. The whole thing is probably a ploy to make people buy it, since the price of the OS is a lot cheaper than previous versions. A lot of people will just think "Ah, what the heck, i'll buy!" lol.
Won't happen with me. I want my code.

Just had an e-mail from UK i-Tunes customer services which is quite a fair response and I would assume that Apple will use the same solution for all markets. Hope this answers a few questions.
Brian here from the iTunes Store Support team. I understand you received a code for Mountain Lion but it didn't work. I can imagine you're eager to get your computer updated. I will be happy to assist you today.
I'm sorry to hear that you've not yet been able to upgrade to OS X Mountain Lion because the code you received could not be redeemed. I realize that you hadn't in fact used this code already and that you'd like to begin enjoying the features of Apple's latest OS. I'll be happy to assist in getting this resolved.
To be clear, customers who purchase a qualifying new Mac computer between June 11, 2012 and July 25, 2012, that does not include OS X Mountain Lion can upgrade to OS X Mountain Lion for free. To participate in this program you must be entered by August 24, 2012.
I'm sorry to hear that, on redeeming the initial upgrade code you received, you were unable to proceed because an error indicated the code was invalid or had already been used. If your claim is accepted, a valid replacement code will be sent to you by email. There will be no need to submit a new claim. I apologize for any inconvenience in this regard.
Please let me know if you do not receive a replacement code within 24-48 hours, as I'll be happy to look into things further for you.

Apple should just let us buy the new mountain lion and then refund us later. Why make us wait? We bought new macs and should be the first to experience mountain lion!!!
