Jul 25, 2012 9:59 AM in response to Kemensindiaby Bob Timmons,Not all printers are compatible with the USB port on the Express, and Apple does not provide a list of printers that work, so it is difficult to get solid information about issues like this.
I suggest that you check with Brother support to see if they might have an updated printer driver for your model that you download and install that might allow the printer to function correctly.
If you have already done this, then about all that there is left to do is delete the current printer and then try re-installing it again using Print & Scan on your Mac.
