Try here > Mac App Store: "An unknown error occurred (100)" when purchasing
If you have anti virus software installed, disable that.
And turn off the Firewall in System Preferences > Security & Privacy > Firewall
If you still have problems, if the Apple ID has been disabled and the reset obiously didn't work, follow these instructions.
Go to > Apple - Support - Product Selection
Click: Apps & Software
Then click: Mac Apps
Then click: Mac App Store > Account Management > Mac App Store Account Security > Email
Explain the issue
Click Email
Explain the situation. Should hear back within 24 to 48 hours.

I tried everything but nothing worked
I send now an E-Mail and wait till they give me an answer.
