You have Paragon NTFS. Have you installed the latest version?

I am having exactly the same problem:

We have the same MacBookPro8,2. I think it is a bug. Even if the RAM is dumped to hard drive, after waking up, it will panic in a few seconds.

Same issue here on my MacBookPro10,1 (MacBook Pro with Retina Display). No NTFS drivers installed.

I’ll post my crash report the next time it happens.

My co-worker and I have idential MacBook Pro's 8,2 Early-2011 15-inch and we're both having the same problem. At the end of the day, I close the lid, take it home, open it up, no problem. Wake it up in the morning, still on my desk at home, no problem. But then I put it in my bag, take it work, and open it on my desk and it's kernel panicked. Same with my co-worker.

I have sent the crash report to Apple.

A couple more wrinkles to consider: First, we both have aftermarket Seagate Momentus XT hybrid drives (they have both an SSD and rotational drives in one mechanism). So maybe PowerNap is trying to start up because it sees an SSD that isn't really an SSD. Second, it might have something to do with the Wifi networks at work.

I'm having the same issue on my 2011 MBP. It's driving me nuts.

Same problem here.

MacBookPro8,2, factory installed SSD. Crash on wake. It may only be from waking from sleep to disk (hibernate, eg pmset -g |grep hibernatemode shows '25'). I generally always sleep to disk. Will try setting hibernate mode to 3.

You're better off simply disabling "allow bluetooth devices to wake" in sys prefs, bluetooth, advanced. That worked and is less irritating.
