Since last week we have been unable to add any courses within the public site manager. Using the URL created by the course manager, when attempting to add a new course, we recieve the following error message:


Cannot add course. The course instructor did not request that the specified course be added to the iTunes U catalog.


Has anyone else encountered this issue and have been able to solve the problem?
