My iPhone is purchased from Saudi Arabia. Its volume button have some issue (Both Up and Down button is behaving similarly - both reduces Volume ) I contacted a Support center in Kerala, India (Which is listed as one of the Authorised Support Center in Apple site!)
- and they are saying they will provide support only for products purchased from India
What to do? My iPhone's warranty expires on September , 2012.
Take it back to Saudia Arabia, or buy a phone in India. I'm afraid that's the way it works - the warranty does not work internationally. The only alternative is to lose the warranty by taking it to a third-party repair ship, which will use generic parts for any replacement.
