Not unless you have backed up your phone to iCloud or iTunes.
If you just deleted them from photostream they could still be in your camera roll.

Here's general advice:
You should be importing all pics taken with the iphone to your computer regularly as you would with any digital camera.

I had 946 pictures in photostream. I did a full back up because I was demonstrating to a co-worker what we were going to do to her phone to move her pictures over to her new phone. So I did the Erase all content and settings and then I did a RESTORE from icloud. I chose the most recent back up which was the one from today and only 97 pictures from photostream showed up. The rest are gone. Is there a way to get them back?

Each time you sync your iPhone with iTunes, iTunes will create a backup of your iPhone. If you have enabled iCloud, every time, your iPhone is connected to Wifi and a power source, and the screen is locked, iCloud will automatically backup your photos. So try to restore the deleted photos from iTunes or iCloud backup first if the backups were created before the deletion.
Other than restoring from iTunes or iCloud backup, there are still at least 3 other solutions for you to retrieve deleted photos from iPhone:
- Extracting from previous iTunes backup;
- Retrieving directly from iPhone;
- Copying from other backups.
