It cannot be done. You can only update an app with the Apple ID that acquired it.

    You can't.

All apps, all paid and free apps include DRM protection which is tied to the iTunes account that was used to download the apps. Apps can't be transferred from one iTunes account to another, and multiple iTunes accounts cannot be merged.

Yes, it is valid regardless the OS X or Windoze version.

You will have access to updates by using the iTunes account and password that was used to download the apps.

The Apple ID that you use to install Mt Lion has no bearing on the Apple ID that you used to buy content originally. Whichever ID you used to buy something is the only ID that can uodate it, regardless of the version of OS.

My question is regarding the OS itself.

If I install the Mountain Lion in other Mac and Apple release new updates for the OS.

Do I need enter my Apple ID and password to install the OS updates?

    Yes.

To install Mountain Lion on another Mac at no cost requires using the Apple ID that was used to purchase Mountain Lion and the same for installing Mountain Lion updates.
