Dec 10, 2011 11:30 AM in response to colonelchuckby julia22,Hooray!!! I finally got the information on how to get a refund within 15 days for icloud storage upgrade!
Just call 1-800-MYIPHONE
Your call will initially be handled by a first level technical person, but he will have to refer you to a senior advisor because they are the only ones who can issue a refund.
Once you have a senior advisor on the phone, he will ask for your Apple ID, last 4 of your credit card or a security question, and then issue a refund IMMEDIATELY.
Good luck.

Jul 11, 2012 10:23 AM in response to julia22by yijinuiuc,Thank you so much! I just called and got someone, the 2nd person just as you mentioned in your post who authorized and processed the refund. Man what an "adventure". Apple makes purchasing and using their machines easy and user friendly, but certainly not on getting a refund! Nonetheless glad I found your post and thank you again!

Aug 1, 2012 2:26 PM in response to colonelchuckby Dru88,I too just tried the number that you posted. I was first told that I would have to email itunes for a refund but after a few minutes of talking they said they would try to take care of it. I was then put on hold for just a couple of minutes and talked to a supervisor who reversed the charge while I was still on the phone. Thanks so much for the info!!

Oct 13, 2012 5:32 PM in response to julia22by Ahron Lu,I am relatively new to Ipad and completely new to icloud. I bought the latest one recently for educational purposes for my special needs daughter. I spent $20 first and then another $40 and none of this stopped the pop up messages about not having enough icloud storage.
Took me some time to realize (yes, THAT long and THAT much$$) that I could just live with the 5GB of free storage. Following Julia22's post (thank you, by the way) I called that number, apple person asked a series of questions for id purposes then asked the reason for my call, after explaining he put me on hold and came back saying it needed to be handle by refund department. He also said that someone was going to give me a call in 48 hours or less. I made the phone call on a Saturday night. Let's see what happens.

Oct 24, 2012 6:56 AM in response to julia22by Marylou1947,Thank you, I called the Apple Care service and I was put through and the agent took care of it immediately. Wish these had been available on the web site where to call and would of avoided the run around and the 2 hours f frustration I went through.

Dec 31, 2012 6:58 AM in response to colonelchuckby Erinnfromfl,I called the number and was told they don't do that. They referred me to a web page that doesn't show where to cancel. I'm still trying and getting very frustrated.

Dec 31, 2012 7:25 AM in response to Erinnfromflby Ahron Lu,As far as I understand, if you are requesting the refund within 15 days of purchase it should be fine. Sometimes it may take some extra steps. Did you try the online form request for refund? That could help too. I believe julia22 has a post with instructions about it. Hope this helps even if a bit. Happy New Year!

Aug 24, 2013 7:34 AM in response to julia22by DavidKhor01,Hi Julia22
Bases on your input, I have 2 questions :
1. May I know do u receive a partial or a refund pls? (I intend to upgrade to an additional 50GB iCloud storage which cost $100 per year. So I am wondering will I get a refund all the years to come, of course I ring the second level Apple Customer Service)
2. Is the refund made to the credit card which you originally used to make the upgrade pls? And is there any service fee being deducted by Apple or your ceedit card company for this refund exercise please?
Thank you,
David Khor
