I've noticed mds and mdworker spiking occaionally and when they do they eat up quite a bit of CPU sometimes. I just would rather get rid of this if I can as it's the only re-occuring message in the console log and happens about every 2 minutes.

Launch the Terminal application in any of the following ways:
☞ Enter the first few letters of its name into a Spotlight search. Select it in the results (it should be at the top.)
☞ In the Finder, select Go ▹ Utilities from the menu bar, or press the key combination shift-command-U. The application is in the folder that opens.
☞ Open LaunchPad. Click Utilities, then Terminal in the page that opens.
Drag or copy — do not type — the following line into the Terminal window, then press return:
ls -Odel ~/Library/Keychains
Post any lines of output that appear below what you entered — the text, please, not a screenshot.

The message isn't caused by misconfigured permissions or ACL's. It seems to be pretty widespread, although I don't get it myself. There isn't enough experience yet with 10.8 to say whether it's significant or not. If it really bothers you, the only thing I can suggest is to rebuild the Spotlight index of your home folder, which you can do by adding it to the Privacy list in the Spotlight preference pane, and then removing it. I don't know whether that action will have any effect.

I have the same problem on my MBA 2010. I tried the terminal command you provided with slightly different result than D M K-
drwx------ 9 swerty staff - 306 6 srp 11:51 /Users/swerty/Library/Keychains
- should I change permissions of that folder?
this problem also prevents my macbook air from sleeping properly. The log is populated only with these mdworker login messages for the whole night!
- rebuilded spotlight index- didnt help
