Aug 1, 2012 9:45 AM in response to lolastinksby LarryHN,A few issues
1. I am not aware of any posted advice for this problem to delete and reinstall anything. The normal advice posted hundreds of times for this problem is to backup your iPhoto library, depress the option and command keys, launch iPhoto and rebuild your library
2. Reinstalling the iPhoto application (if that is what you did) does not affect the library in any way. The application is totally separate from the library
3. What version do you have?
4. Your screen shot shows repairing permissions not rebuilding the library

Aug 2, 2012 5:35 AM in response to lolastinksby Terence Devlin,Read Old Toad's post again. You're right clicking on the iPhoto icon on the Dock. He's telling you to right click on the iPhoto Library in your Pictures Folder.
