Q: Purchased apps in New iPad Appstore are invisible!

Some of us are still in the same situation as you are. It is not totally fixed yet, that's for sure.

I also am able to get to aps if I randomly click on the screen. Still can't see anything though

I just picked up my new iPad and they told me that their app store server is being worked on. Should be back up in a few hours or so. Hope that's true!

Same issue here-no icons under either tab. I also noticed that if I logged out, I had the same message about being unable to connect to the store.  However, after clicking on an app to update it, it updated right away without asking me for my password again so it must be authenticating. Clearly a bug Apple need to fix.

It's been like this since yesterday for me so I don't think it will only be a few hours

I am also don't believe in a "few hours" time frame.

Could you please guys call Apple support and let them know about this problem?

What's puzzling is it only affects the iPad!! iPhone and iPods are fine.  A very selective apple store glitch!!!

I too have this problem i also get cannot conect to itunes store. So I called apple support and this guy told me I need to pay 59.00 or 99.00 dollars to have the invisible purchases fixed. And I found some where else that the servers are down. So I hope apple fixes this problem soon

That does not seem right. Did you tell him about this forum? It's clearly just a glitch, because you can still download the apps, you just can't see them. If you search for an app you already own in the store it will show the "download" link rather than its price and you can re-download it for free, so I don't see why they would be asking you for money.

Actually, if he cannot "connect to the iTunes store" he is not experiencing the same issue, and perhaps should consider paying for the support.

No i did not tell them about this forum because I found this forum after I called and yes I am have the same problem. The screen is grey I tap on the screen and I can download a app all my apps are invisible. other people are have the same problems with invisible apps and cannot connect to iTunes. Go to the app store at the bottom click on your apple id at the bottom of the screen logout don't leave the app store log back in you might get error cannot connect to iTunes . I'll be back .
