HT2506 I upgraded to Mac OS X Mountain Lion (10.8) and now the ADD LINK button is gone when annotating a PDF document - where did it go? Please bring it back!

I upgraded to Mac OS X Mountain Lion (10.8) and now the ADD LINK button is gone when annotating a PDF document - where did it go?

 

Does anyone know how to get this feature back?
