Q: Purchased iPad 2 Apps Not Appearing On App Store "Purchased" Tab

I have signed out COMPLETELY several times for the last 3 days and they still don't show up. I have signed out, shut down and restarted...still nothing. I'm having this issue on iPad 2. Some users aren't having the problem but many are...across all types of devices.

Add me too. I am in Denmark and have two new iPads, with the same problem - apps dó not show up in purchased but when I tap screen it shows whatever invisible app I hit!

This is so annoying, hope it gets fixed fast!!

if its server side at apple then theres nothing we can do other than wait and keep people posted on here. Annoying as it is we just have to hope they fix it.

Theres also an intermittent issue with some twitter clients push notifications not always getting sent from apple to folks devices but it doesnt affect all clients.

etc some tweetbot and tweetings uses affected but not all and twitter owned apps such as twitter and tweedeck are ok

Same here. I have Iphone 4s AT&T is working fime but my new Ipad Verizon 64GB is getting the same problem. sing in and out on both devices didn't work. On Settings - About - Diagnostics & Usage - Diagnostics & Usage Data  I got a erro AppStore_2012-08-02-185441_Ipad.plist insite I have an Exception Type : EXC_BREAKPOINT anybody with the same ?

And if someone does, what do you think that means?

I've got the missing purchases as well. Well they aren't really missing as much as invisible. Went to the app store on my new iPad, chose the purchased tab and no apps are visible. They are there, just invisable. You can click on the blank page and the invisible app you clicked on will be selected and will go to the detail page.

I have the same problem.  When I access the the app store in my iPad I cannot see any. Of my. Purchased apps.  Strange though that when I tap the screen, I the app stores direct me to the app.  The apps are there, but invisible.

I have the exact same problem: no apps are visible under purchased in the app store but tapping on a blank area brings me to the app's page.  This is happening on both of my iPad 2s. I first started to notice this problem on Aug 2 around noon EDT.

I have tried various things to solve this problem including rebooting and logging out and back into the app store.  Since both my iPads are exhibiting the exact same issue, I convinced this is a problem on the server side.

Has anyone heard anything from Apple about this?

Same problem here. Tried ALL suggestions, but nothing has worked thus far. THANKS for all the suggestions though!

Also having the same problems.  Purchased apps not showing on either my new ipad or my old ipad2.  Very frustrating.

James I am trying find a pattern. We need ask some questions like ... This problem is happening  CDMA iPads (Verizon ), GSM ( AT&T) or both ?  This problem is happening on iPhone’s  ?  Everybody is getting the AppStore plist error?  We need to discuss about and try help each other this is why Jame I post about the plist file.

Some of the plist error can be fixed just deleting this file inside the library system folder. If the problem is from Apple server why is not happening with the same apple id on another device ? If the problem is on Apple server why only the icons are missing?

I am not a Code expert or Apple Developer but something is generating this error on the plist file and looks like is not on Apple Servers. RednragNet on page two is saying they change his iPad at a local Apple Store twice and didn’t fix  they restore a backup  start as a new iPad ?

When I tap the blank purchased page (on my ipad), app pages open. So they are there, just invisible.
