BITC Timecode in Final Cut Pro 4.5

Does anyone know how to create burnt in timecode to a rough cut edit to show my clients. I am sure this is straight forward. Please help!!!

    Effects > Video Filters > Video > Timecode Reader

    this is pretty basic. first, in the viewer, set it up to display as you need it, then select all in the timeline and apply drop it on. it will display source clip timecode but not source clip reel number

    if you want it to show timeline timecode then nest your sequence first and then apply the filter to the nest
