Q: blue screen

hi...I have a problem with my macbook pro. first it was freezing every few minutes..now after starting, the screen goes blue and stay blue. I tried to press shift key right after the switching on, but it wont work and stop at the beginning of the process..I lost my CDs..ALso I dont wanna lose an important reading list on safari + google chrom by re installing every thing again

any idea plz?
