Aug 7, 2012 11:23 AM in response to farmorbarbaraby baltwo,System Preferences->Flash Player->Advanced and post the salient details about what's installed. FWIW, the proper way to update is to quit your browsers, uninstall Flash Player, and then install the newest version: 11.3.300.268

Aug 7, 2012 12:55 PM in response to WZZZby WZZZ,One other thing: you must be absolutely certain not to get Flash from anywhere but Adobe. There was/is fake Flash that relied on tricking users into downloading malicious software. Get it here only.
