Does anyone know if there's a way to backup Notes and Reminders onto a disk? You can still export Calendar and Contacts archives but now that Notes and Reminders are separate apps in Mountain Lion, where are their data files? I have over 20 notes that have a great deal of information in them and I would hate to lose it all due to machine or operator error. I learned the hard way to keep a disk copy of my bookmarks...

Thanks for any tips!

    ~/Library/Containers

Go to your Finder "Go" menu hold the option key to choose "Library"

The stuff in the Notes folder (so the NotesV1.storedata-shm and a couple other files in that directory) are the core data database that has the notes.  The plist file is the preferences... it's not that important.  But make sure you get the Notes directory with all its subfiles (there can be 3 of them, I think depending on state).
