YES YOU HEARD IT!!! I HATE IT.

 

LAST TIME YOUR STAFF MEMBER SCRATCHED UP MY IPHONE IN THE REGENT ST STORE AND NOW IN WESTFIELD WHITE CITY HE WAS BASHING UP MY RETINA MACBOOK PRO WITH ANOTHER LAPTOP!!!

 

HOW STUPID ARE YOUR GENIUS????

WHY AM I PAYING FOR APPLE CARE IF YOU CANT EVEN TAKE CARE OF MY STUFF????

    did you bring it to their attention that new scratches were present?  They document any prior cosmetic damage befrore they take it for repair.

    axemac this is not Apple. You are venting to a user group. We are just all users like yourself. Call AppleCare and speak to a customer representative. Explain your experience calmly but in detail.
