The key is for the music on your iPhone to be in your iTunes library, on your computer.  If the songs are already there (because you synced your iPhone to iTunes), you're all set.

If not, did you buy/download the songs on your iPhone from the iTunes Store?  If so, you should be able to transfer those purchased songs to your computer's iTunes library.  When your iPhone is connected, in the iTunes menu bar, under File, there should be a command to Transfer Purchased from <name of iPhone>.  Alternately, you can re-download any previous iTunes Store purchase made with your Apple ID, from the Purchased screen in the iTunes Store.

If the songs came to be on the iPhone some other way (and the songs are not in your iTunes library), please post back with more details.

Once the songs are in your iTunes library, just use the method you normally use, to load those songs on your iPod shuffle.  This article has more info about ways to sync music to a shuffle.
