Jun 16, 2012 4:37 AM in response to lolwut123by orla13,★HelpfulI had the same sort of problem with my ipad, and i simply went onto settings-store-click on your apple id- go to view apple id- then click again on your id (the part with your email address in it) then just go to the part where it says above 'security info' hope this helps! It sure helped for me! :)

Jun 16, 2012 1:28 PM in response to lolwut123by sandra285,I just resolved the same issue with my itunes account.I wasn't able to make purchases from my ipod without answering the security questions first. After searching for numerous hours I finally decided to contact Apple Support. The rep wasnt able to help me over the phone and stated there are no contact numbers for this issue. However he did point me in the correct direction.
It turns out you must go to https://appleid.apple.com then go to "Support" then go to "Contact Support" and select iTunes (express lane this is free for itunes) or whatever product you are having issues with and your support category (Account Management then iTunes Store Account Security) Make sure to answer the questions below as well. Once you do that specify your issue. On the next screen choose your "Contact Option". I had better luck with the "Email" option. On that screen make sure your first name, last name and apple id are entered then give a detailed description of the issue then hit send. I sent in my issue at 2:47pm 06/16/2012 and it was resolved / reset by 3:21pm 06/16/2012 pretty fast indeed! After serching for days this is the only way to get the Security Questions reset. Hope this helps.

Jun 26, 2012 8:53 PM in response to lolwut123by nico6,sandra285's solution above worked. I have now created new answers. As above it took less than an hour. Once you do all of this and add a 'rescue email address' you will also have a link to reset security questions in the future.

Jul 1, 2012 2:07 AM in response to lolwut123by seventy one,Mind you, Apple doesn't make things easy. I recently found myself obliged to set up the security answers. The questions I used related to my first car.
What was your first car was question I.
Which of your cars was your least favourite (or words to that effect) was the next.
As it happens my first car is also my least favourite. !!!!!
And Mr Auto Apple wouldn't accept the same answer.
Okay so there is a perverted logic to this but surely all you need is an alternate subject.

Aug 11, 2012 6:29 AM in response to lolwut123by Tkamz,I am having the same problems. Cant remember the answer to my first car question but I am sure the answer to where my parents met is correct. I did the whole Itunes contact support thing and I got a case ID number and they sent an email with the case ID. I really do hope they get back to me soon so that I can buy apps because it was not allowing me buy apps because they need to verify and because I cannot remember the security questions
