Does anyone know how to contact Itunes directly?

My Applee ID accoount has been disabled fror a few days.  I contacted support via email - and I am still waiting for someone to get back to me or reset my ID.

 

It is getting very frustrating since I cannot download any apps or music.

    Is setting up a Genius appointment at an Apple Store an option?

    Hi,

     

    In iTunes click your name or the account settings top left

    This will take you to the Store at your Account info

    Scroll to the bottom and select Help > Support.

     

    This will take you here http://www.apple.com/uk/support/itunes/

    Use the bottom item in the menu "Contact Support"
