My company uses Microsoft 365 exchange server (basically outlook online) for our email and everything is hosted on a cloud. If I have an event on my computer with mulitple attendies, and I open that event, even just too look at it, Ical will send everyone on that event another invite and to them it will appear that I am the creator.

So even though it is not my event, it will send an invite as if its coming from me.  Also it makes it so the original creator of the event can no longer make updates to it.

This has happened multiple times and it is really embarrassing to the point where I no longer use my Ical at work.  I have seen many previous posts about this but they are archived.  Is there a fix for this or do I just have to not use my calendar?

I am using 10.7.4 and Ical 5.0.3.

iMac, Mac OS X (10.7.4), Ical 5.0.3
