I deleted a song from iTunes, but it's still on my iPod.

How can I delete it? It's not in my recycle bin anymore, because I deleted it before I restored my computer. Is there any way to get rid of it from my iPod? (If it helps, I got the song from a friend, who dowloads over torrents and things.)

If your iPod is set to Manually manage music, it is not directly associated with your iTunes library.  So deleting a file from your computer's iTunes library will not remove it from the iPod.  The libraries on your computer and iPod are independent, unless you set up automatic syncing.

If the above is accurate for your situation, do the following to delete songs from the iPod.  Select the iPod in the iTunes sidebar, under DEVICES.  Click the small triangle next to the iPod, so that it points down.  This "drops down" a list of iTunes media types (indented UNDER the iPod).  Select Music there.  Over to the right, you should see the list of songs currently on the iPod.  Find and select the song you want to delete on the list.  Then hit the Delete key.

NOTE:  If you want to delete multiple songs, you can select more than one item on the list at the same time.
