Busy Server?

Suddenly over the last couple of days I started getting this message popping up on my computer.  I upgraded to ICloud back in May and my two Macs and IPhones all have been working seemlessly since so this is a new development not seemingly related to the conversion.  I am updated to IOS 10.7.4.  Any ideas about what this is or how to address would be appreciated.  Not sure who is suggested by contacting the server administrator?  Apple?  Any pointers as to what discussion group might know about this if this is the wrong one or what to actually do would be greatly appreciated!  I have tried restarting the computer.  That is it so far!  Thank you in advance for your assistance!
