HT1151 Has anyone with the new MBP Retina had a non functioning USB port to the right?

While trying to configure some additional peripherals on my desk at work I have discovered that the RH USB port on my new (2 weeks old) MacBook Pro with Retina display isn't working at all.

 

Whilst I accept that sometimes things go wrong, am I safe in assuming I can demand a full replacement and not allow Apple to 'send it for repair'??

 

I use this equipment for work and to allow them to have it for a period of more than 24 hours will kill my business.  Given the notebook isn't even a month old surely I have some consumer rights to claim a full replacement?

 

Anyone else with something similar?

MacBook Pro (Retina, Mid 2012), OS X Mountain Lion, 2.7 GHz, 16 GB, GT 650M, 768gbFlash
