Nano 6th gen suddenly shutdown while running. now it couldn't be turned on. And when i tried to charge it, it just got very hot. anyone know why? is this unit busted already?

Mine did the same thing. I took it to my local Apple store and they ended up giving me a "new" one.
ok thanks. already scheduled to return unit to our HR for servicing and/or replacement if ever
