Q: Cannot connect to itunes store!!

Thanks for help, but I have other friends using the iTunes here in Egypt :/

Thanks so much this helped me a lot, it made me understand but still didn't fix the problem, 1st I don't have an apple Mac or a computer, so that I can't sync iTunes? :O and 2nd I don't understand the Restrictions, should they be enabled or not? And if should, how to get the password? And in the Setting>>General>>Itunes Wifi Sync, they tell me sync will resume when "ABU_MADA_XPSP3_" is available, I know too much questions but I'm really kinda hopeless, I'd be grateful if anybody helped me.

So I can't even open the iTunes store? I downloaded a free app so I can put the music from that app to the iTunes but it won't work cause I am not connected to the iTunes store!
