How do you combine multiple iPhoto libraries into one library?

If you have iPhoto version 9.3 and Aperture 3.3 you can do it with Aperture

Otherwise the only way to merge iPhoto libraries is with the paid version of iPhoto Library Manager. http://www.fatcatsoftware.com/iplm/
