Hi

Apologies for using this forum to give feedback on a store, but there doesn't seem to any specific forum for that purpose.

On Tuesday 14 August 2012 at approximately 12:40 PM I went to the Apple Store at Majadahonda in Spain with the intent of buying an iPad 3, AppleTV 2 and a bundle of accessories, probably about ~€800 worth of goods. I have lots of Apple gear already, and I needed an upgrade.

I was with my two young sons, so any parent reading this can imagine that I was worried about keeping them under control and getting in and out as quickly as possible.

The store was not crowded. There were roughly equal numbers of staff and customers. There appeared to be only one staff member dealing with potential purchasers like me, though there were several other staff chatting with each other and coming and going.

The one man actually trying to deal with people like me, of whom there were about seven in two to three different groups at any one time, eventually got to me. I first wanted to check if my company's corporate discount would apply in the store for my intended purchases. The man actually seemed annoyed by the question, but I assumed that he would go away and check all the same, or ask a colleague to do so.

What he actually did was starting dealing with the next set of customers. I waited about five minutes longer, which means I had been in the store about fifteen minutes, and my kids were getting restive. I eventually came to the conclusion that the man had no interest in serving me, and I left the store without purchasing anything.

I have come to the conclusion that I don't want any more Apple gear. I'd be silly to buy from a company that treats its customers like I was treated. Anyone else reading this can come to their own conclusions.

Regards

Nathan
