SmuginPro claims to work in 64-bit mode, but it isn't free, unfortunately:

SmuginProForAperture 1.5.5 works fine for me. I've been using Smugin for quite a while.
The non-pro version should work as well (it just doesn't have all the same feature set). Are you sure you have it installed properly?

I have the same problem. After Mountain Lion upgraded, I upgraded smugin free from 1.5.3 to 1.5.5 and now there is no export option for smugmug in Aperture. The reason for upgrade was that despite exporting all night, not a single picture went up the gallery. This is very inconvenient. Did you find the pro version works ok?

I had the trouble too even after running the installer again
Went to the library (Library/Application Support/Aperture/Plug-Ins/Export) and discovered that the plugin wasnt there
I then manually dragged the plugin into the export folder instead of running the installer
Then restarted Aperture
Worked for me and hope it helps
