My wife attempted to change her email associated with her Apple ID. She attempted to do so in itunes and typed in an incorrect address, which then showed up at the top of the iTunes homepage. In attempting to correct THAT, she had to go through the FORGOT PASSWORD etc. and now she cannot log into iTunes. It states she hasn't accessed iTunes with that Apple ID, and she has to sign back in. It asks for a credit card, but she does not want to have one on file. She didn't have one on file and she cannot get past that page. She is afraid if she has lost the credit she had and all of her songs in her old account.
