My Ipod Will not Restore Back To The Factory Settings Everytime I try To restore It I Keep Getting This "The Ipod Can not Be Restored, Unknowin Error Has Occurred 1439 " . can someone please help me!!!!!?

Can you do the iPod Disk Diagnostic as posted earlier by tt2, it wont fix your problem, but helps in troubleshooting.
If you post the report, we can suggest a few things.
