Open Mail > Preferences > Accounts and delete and add the email again

thanks for the suggestion. I've been trying to do that, and it "can't verify the account"
all of the account info and passwords are correct.

It seems like a problem in servers. Try later and check if you can enter

If I delete the account, won't I lose some emails I sent from on computer (not online)?
I can't afford to lose email history....
Also, it is random, about an hour ago it suddenly worked, then stopped again!
