My problem is - whatever I do the same wallpaper appears on restart.

I had been using Wallpaper Wizard, and the wallpaper I selected would appear each time I restarted. Now, the same wallpaper I selected ages ago appears each time I restart. That picture is one of four in the window of System preferences > Desktop > Folder > Wallpaper Wizard.

I went into System Preferences > Desktop and deleted Wallpaper Wizard, I trashed Wallpaper Wizard from my Apps, I selected a Wallpaper from the System Preferences > Desktop > Apple Pictures. But each time I restart:

1. The same old wallpaper picture appears on the desktop

2. Wallpaper Wizard re-appears in the Folders column of Desktop.

Please advise how to get system working correctly again.

Thanking you
